Trellidor's Special Options

This hinge allows security barriers to be installed in areas with limited space, whilst maintaining functionality and pleasing aesthetics. When opening the security gate the track is raised vertically and secured onto the lock stile; the gate stack is then hinged out of the way by means of a heavy-duty aluminium hinge with countersunk rivets.

Trellidor security barriers can be designed to fit the shape of curved apertures such as bay windows. Restrictions on the maximum radius and length apply.

The security gate's bottom track can be sunk into the floor to avoid people tripping over it. This is particularly useful in high traffic areas such as hotel and office foyers and the entrances to homes.

The bottom track can be completely removed when the door is in the open position, leaving the floor or counter top areas completely clear of any obstructions.
