HOW TO ORDER

Trellidor products are available through our national network of Trellidor stores or our international distributors. There are a few simple steps to follow in order to get your home or business protected by Trellidor's security systems:

	Use our convenient on-line store locator to find your nearest Trellidor store.

	Either call or email your local Trellidor store or distributor requesting an appointment with a security consultant.

	At this appointment, the Trellidor security consultant will provide you with a free security assessment of your premises and advice on how best to secure it. He or she will measure the windows and doorways that you'd like secured and provide you with a no-obligation quotation.

	When you give your Trellidor supplier signed confirmation of your acceptance of the quotation, an order for your Trellidor products is placed on the factory.

	Your security gates and/or grilles are custom manufactured at our factory and then delivered to the franchise.

	Your Trellidor supplier will contact you to set up a convenient time to install your security.

	Our installation team will fit your new security barriers, show you how to operate them as well as how to maintain your Trellidor, and explain our guarantee procedure.

	A follow up call is conducted by your Trellidor supplier to ensure that we've exceeded your expectations. You may also receive a quality control survey call from our head office.
