The door panels are manufactured from 0.45mm galvanised base steel and we currently offer three standard colours, however we can order further colours to suit your requirements. The panels are roll formed into horizontally fluted 225mm wide modules which are riveted together to form sturdy 450mm high panels. The doors are fitted with tracks, hinges and fittings in galvanised steel for corrosion resistance with robust ball bearing rollers for long, trouble free service. The standard door consists of 5 hinged sections per door but extra height doors are available on request. The design and construction of these panels makes it possible to safely span openings wider and higher than the standard. The doors are available in both tip-up or sectional overhead formats, the later being more beneficial as the door will be non-protruding so that vehicles can park close to the door, both inside and outside.
